Bootstrap + MYSQL Expert Required -- 2

I require an expert who can edit a Bootstrap Template as per requirements and attach MYSQL Database to it. It's a big project but require someone to show few functionalities to show they can work on it.

Requirements:
Build MYSQL Database with fields:
Camera IP
Serial Number
Contact Person 1 Name
CP1 Phone
CP 2 Name
CP 2 Phone
Email
Business Name
Address
Map Coordinates
Login Page (part of template)
Viewing Page (64 iframes on single page which can show selected image/video)

Dashboard Home Page (part of templatle) - Blank

Camera Functionality (edit template) - host sdk in javascript (just host the index file on this page)

AI Settings (part of template) - Keep it blank for now

Add/Del Page (edit template) - When clicked on this page, table with existing Camera IPs and Serial Number should show (only these 2 fields, mapped with login user, for now we can work with 1 user)
When clicked on Add Button, it should ask the fields mentioned in the database above. When entered, MYSQL Database should be updated with these fields, and WebPage Table should show new records added in the table (new row)
When clicked on Delete, ask Cam IP or Serial Number, when entered, delete that record from MYSQL as well as from WebPage Table


Contact Details (edit template) - Same as above, enter Cam IP (primary/unique key) and edit details corresponding to it

Want someone who can quickly show these things working and will hire. We are building an entire platform with multiple database integrations, hosting SDK, other features and AI (for AI we can hire someone else)
