Bootstrap HTML/JS Map project - API Google Maps

We are looking for someone who knows google maps api and knows connect the map with an external API for loading data dynamically,
We have attached some screens of responsive version but I need a desktop version too ( I have not the design).
What we need is a JavaScript map connected with the Google Maps API. We have some filters and when we change any filter the map refresh data. We need a custom icons depends of each place type and if you click in each place the place card may be different (depends of the place type).
We can activate or desactivate categories, place types or find for some place (google api address) or some keyword like italian food.
For the last I can click on plus icon to add new places through a card form.
For the data you can use a placeholder API but keep in mind you need to send to the API de zoom level, middle point of de map in the screen, and all the filters.
