Bootstrap 5 Directory/Classifieds Template Customization

Needing template customized and functions added.
If interested in the job, please include a brief introduction and wether or not you have experience building similar websites.
Also include a portfolio of your recent work please.
Finally you should provide a estimate on how many hours based on the information provided you think it will take you to complete the work and wether or not you would be interested in helping to continue working on the site moving forward after this job is completed.
What I am NOT seeking is to hire anyone that says they understand and are able to complete the job as described using the template that will be provided and then later attempts to reccomend that they develope a brand new site from scratch. I do not want to have any more sites built from scratch please do NOT apply if you are unable to customize the template. Thanks.
Template needing customized will be ClassiGrids. HTML template and UI Kit based on Bootstrap 5. Fully responsive.

•Entire site needs to have color scheme changed to match more closely to design reference.
•Homepage needs to be changed to to remove the keyword search from the top nav section
-should look like a more modern version of the reference adding the ability to search categories more easily.
•Locations need to be added
•Categories need to be added
-model categories
-classified categories
•Below the search section at the top of the template there will be 12 spots that users can purchase to have their listing shown on the home page.
•A admin dashboard will need to be added on. I have some recommendations, but am open to suggestions if you are aware of a better solution for you.
•There will need to be a 2nd type of user created.
-Models (user type)
-Classifieds (user type)
The main focus will be on models of different categories and locations.
Classified users will not be able to make purchases and can only post in their own separate categories.
•Model categories should be changed to display in a grid style of either 2-3 per row similar to the reference while the classifieds categories should be changed so they display in a list style with a thumbnail image similar to c-list.
•Search filters will not be comprehensive and should be very basic.
Filters should include:
-Available now
-VIP$ (paid profiles)
-Video (ads w/ video)
•FEATURES THAT WILL NEED TO BE ADDED
-BUMP listing to the top (make new again by refreshing date and time of listing) This will be allowed depending on user type and membership level for models.
-“Available now” feature will need to be added for models to use depending on membership level. It will display an online status style indicator on their listings frontend for a period of 3 hours before automatically switching off. This will be a filter that can be turned on to only display models with the available now feature active.
•Video uploads and player will need to be added to model listings depending on membership.
•Membership tiers will need to be added for models. Should default at free and have options to upgrade to VIP, ELITE
