Angular application from ready-made template

I'm looking for someone who can work alongside with me or alone on a personal project. I am already a full stack developer with 20 years experience but am limited with my time. I need an experienced angular developer who is familiar with state management. The UI has already been developed in angular and requires implementation of the app only which consists of a few tables, forms, infinite lists and charts. Fast delivery is a must on this project. No unit tests required as it'll be an mvp for analysis purposes only. All data will be initially hardcoded.
