Twitter Rune Mint Alert Bot

I need a small yet reliable bot that sits on a dedicated Twitter/X account and automatically tweets about radFi’s Rune “Virtual Mint” activity. Whenever a new Rune mint begins, the account should announce it. As the mint fills, I want follow-up posts at the 25 %, 50 % and 75 % marks, then a final message once the mint closes.

The bot must authenticate against the official Twitter/X API so rate limits and policy compliance are respected. Configuration changes—API keys, tweet format, throttle intervals, or even deciding to skip a progress percentage—should be handled from a lightweight web dashboard built with Vue.js. I’m comfortable hosting this UI myself, so a single-page app backed by a minimal API (Node, Python, or similar) is fine as long as I can drop it onto a typical VPS.
