Twitch Channel set up and moderator

I am looking for someone familiar with Twitch streaming who can assist with:

1. setting up the twitch channel
2. moderating the chat
3. creating (or sourcing) UNIQUE intro and outro videos for the channel
4. creating descriptions for the channel
5. Updating the Twitter channel before the stream begins and updating highlights during the stream
6. Marketing ideas for the channel

I require someone with previous experience (or someone able to become skilled in their own time QUICKLY) and fluent English skills.

This would be an ongoing weekly event
