Multi-Platform Gaming Stream Setup
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m ready to start broadcasting my gaming sessions on Twitch and YouTube and need the entire streaming environment built, tuned, and proven before I go live. The accounts on both platforms are already active; what’s missing is a rock-solid technical foundation that lets me hit “Start Stream” and know everything will run smoothly.
Scope of work
• Configure my Windows PC for optimal gaming + streaming performance (drivers, capture settings, audio routing, bitrate, encoder tweaks, etc.).
• Install and fully customise OBS Studio—or Streamlabs OBS if you prefer—plus any plugins, chat bots, and alert systems required for Twitch and YouTube simultaneous broadcasts.
• Create and integrate scenes, overlays, starting/BRB screens, alerts, and chat boxes so branding remains consistent across both platforms.
• Set up multi-stream restreaming if needed, confirm RTMP keys, test latency, and adjust bandwidth to avoid dropped frames.
• Calibrate audio using a virtual mixer or GoXLR (mic EQ, noise gate, game/chat balance).
• Provide a short hand-off document or recorded walkthrough so I understand how to go live, switch scenes, and troubleshoot.
Acceptance criteria
1. Test stream to Twitch and YouTube runs for 30 minutes with zero dropped frames.
2. Audio levels remain balanced between mic, game, and alerts.
3. VOD playback shows scenes, alerts, and chat rendering correctly on both platforms.
Nice-to-have (optional for later): extend the setup to Facebook Gaming once we’ve proven Twitch and YouTube are stable.
If this sounds in your wheelhouse, let’s get my channel launch-ready.
