Looking for a streaming overlay bundle that includes a 7-8 second intro and 3-4 sec stinger all to be added in to OBS.

We call ourselves JustACoupleGamestas. We are a live streaming couple primary on Twitch but can be found on YouTube and soon on Trovo.
We are looking for a talented artist that we can continue to work with in the future.
We are currently looking for a custom streaming animated overlay bundle (starting/ending soon scenes, just chatting scene, 2 gameplay scene, chat box, webcam frame, about section tabs, and custom alerts). We are also wanting to add an animated intro for our live streams with audio and an animated stinger for scene transitions to the bundle.
We only have large images of our characters and they have no legs that we'd like to have completed. We have provided screen shots of each character for now and can provide the larger files and a large poster image to better understand our brand style when needed. We want the characters used in the intro, stinger and if possible the alerts.
Within the intro only, we want small movements added to the characters during the intro. Movements we would like to see is hair movement, clothing or limbs shifting, boobs bounce, maybe eyebrows lifting or facial gestures like smiles or a kiss. Not all are needed just fit what you can within the 7-8 seconds.
What we are looking for in the intro is a bit of gangster feel. A feeling of us being in the shadows (hidden) but with spotlights for light and dark focused contrasting and with close up shots of the characters movements. Kind of like a car commercial with close-ups of the car all sexy with lights and camera moving across revealing a sexy portion of it then the big reveal of the car. We want it to look like we operate within the shadows. Behind closed doors. Members only type of a feel. Hope that makes sense.
As for the transition, this can be simple. Just enter the characters on the left and right and creatively close and open the screen and have the characters leave.
