Casino Chat Moderators

+ Job Description
We are looking for chat moderators fluent in English, Japanese, Finnish and Norwegian to join the Livespins team and play a crucial part in bringing to life our mission to socially charge the iGaming space.

+ We believe that we need someone who;
Has a passion for online casino
Has high energy and positive attitude
Loves engaging in conversation
Is Fluent in English, Japanese, Finnish or Norwegian
Previous Twitch or Discord casino community mod experience is a plus
Available 40 hours/week on a rotating schedule between 17:00 CET and 02:00 CET Monday to Sunday.

+ What will you do;
Regulate the chat
Welcome and integrate new members into the community
Keep the conversation going, keeping it light and fun
Help the streamers with CRM activities during the stream
Answer players questions and be the first point of contact towards internal teams
Report on chat performance
