Write code for Twilio APIs

I’m looking for a freelancer to help with Twilio APIs. I need to send SMS messages to my clients. I am currently using Slicktext.com to send SMS messages. They charge me $0.02 per SMS, which is more than double the price that Twilio offers, but they already have all the options I need. I send close to 500,000 SMS messages per year. I hope to find a company who has already created this kind of code for other companies who offer Bulk SMS services. This way I will pay for adapting this code, instead of creating new one.

The options I need are:
Import and manage contacts
Send and receive SMS and MMS, have back and forth conversations like in messenger
Merge Tags
Track links (who clicked and who didn’t click on the link)
Segment audience based on click behavior
Emojis
