WhatsApp Sales Chatbot Development

I’m looking for a developer who can build and configure a sales-oriented chatbot that runs directly on WhatsApp. The goal is to greet prospects, guide them through a short qualification sequence, present key product information, and hand off hot leads to me in real time.

I already have basic copy drafted, but it needs polishing so the tone stays persuasive while sounding natural in chat format. You’ll help refine that script, set up the conversational flow, and then connect everything to my verified WhatsApp Business account.

Key milestones I have in mind:

• A working WhatsApp bot that responds instantly, collects name / email / key purchase criteria, and stores the data in a simple Google Sheet or other lightweight CRM you recommend.
• Edited and tested message copy that fits the 1024-character limit and avoids blocked-content triggers on WhatsApp.
• Clear instructions (or quick Loom walkthrough) showing me how to adjust future questions or offers without touching code.

I’m open on the tech stack as long as it keeps running costs low and lets me tweak the flows myself—Twilio, Gupshup, or Meta’s native Cloud API are all fine. Feel free to advise on the best approach.

Once the bot is live and I confirm lead data arrives as expected, I’ll mark the project complete.
