WhatsApp Lead Conversion Automation

I collect fresh enquiries through a website form , Meta And taboola need them to flow straight into WhatsApp so I can turn those new contacts into paying customers. The objective is simple: increase sales. As soon as a visitor submits the form, I want an automated yet personable WhatsApp sequence to greet, nurture and, when appropriate, hand the prospect over to me or my sales rep.

Keep the setup lean and make it easy for me to update copy, timing and call-to-action buttons without needing to touch code.

Acceptance criteria
Automation fires within 30 seconds of form submission; first WhatsApp message is received and logged; replies are captured; the flow runs error-free for 20 consecutive test leads.
