You may use any proven bulk-messaging solution—WhatsApp Business API, Cloud API, WATI, Twilio, or a similar platform—as long as it can send video content without compression that ruins quality and can generate reliable delivery reports. If number cleaning or segmentation is required to avoid blocks, please handle that as part of the workflow so the campaign goes out smoothly and quickly.
Deliverables
• Complete broadcast of the supplied text + video to the full contact list
• Post-send report showing total numbers attempted, delivered, failed, and any opt-outs
• Source files or dashboard access retained long enough for me to verify results
