AI Voice Call Center Setup

I need a full “AI Voice Call Center” setup delivered end-to-end, using only 3 services: VAPI.ai + Twilio + n8n.
This is NOT a research job. I need a developer who already knows these tools and can deliver a working system “ready to sell”.

SCOPE (FULL SETUP A → Z):

Configure Twilio (inbound number, webhook routing, fallback)

Configure VAPI.ai (voice agent, GPT-4o model, system prompt, integration)

Build n8n flows for:

saving call data

sending emails

24/48h follow-ups

error handling


Build a small backend (Node/Python) with:

API for saving and reading leads

authentication

multi-location logic (each location sees only its own leads)


Build a simple dashboard (React/Next.js):

login

leads table per location

call history

CSV export

admin panel (view all locations)


Connect backend + n8n + VAPI + Twilio together

Deploy everything (backend, dashboard, n8n workflow)

Deliver fully working system, with documentation and credentials

Must deliver a ready-to-use product
