AI Voice Agent Developer – Twilio + Base44 Integration (GST Notification Calls – Multilingual: English/Hindi/Punjabi)

I have built a custom accounting workflow system on Base44 for an Australian accounting firm.
We now want to add an AI voice agent that can:

Call selected clients to notify them their GST/BAS is due

Request that they send bank statements in CSV format

Speak in English, Hindi, and Punjabi based on customer preference

Capture call outcomes and return them to Base44 via webhook

The accountant will manually select ~20 clients at a time inside Base44 and trigger the AI calling campaign.

I already have:

A working Base44 application

A Twilio phone number (currently used for SMS)

Customer database with phone numbers and GST status

I need an experienced implementer to build the voice AI layer + integration.

What Needs to Be Built
1. Multilingual AI Voice Agent

The agent must be able to:

Speak naturally in:

✅ English

✅ Hindi

✅ Punjabi

Detect or use stored language preference

Switch language gracefully if customer responds in another language

Conversation goals:

Introduce itself as calling from the accounting firm

Notify client that their GST/BAS is due

Request bank statements in CSV format

Answer basic questions:

2. Integration with Base44

Trigger calls from Base44 when user selects customers

Receive webhook payload back into Base44 including:

Call status (answered / voicemail / failed)
