Urgent AI-Powered Twilio IVR

I need a fully functional, AI-driven IVR built on Twilio—ready for production as quickly as humanly possible. The system must speak naturally with callers, recognise intent, and route or complete actions without human intervention.
Core call flows
• Customer Support – limited to Technical Support issues only
• Appointment Scheduling – create, confirm, reschedule, or cancel bookings
• Order Processing – take new orders, check order status, and handle simple modifications
Things that matter most
• Twilio Programmable Voice is the backbone; please wire everything directly in my existing account.
• The IVR engine must leverage an AI / NLP layer (Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or a comparable solution) so callers can use their own words rather than touchtone menus.
• Clean, well-commented code plus a visual call-flow diagram so future updates are painless.
• Thorough end-to-end testing: happy path, edge cases, and graceful failover to a live agent when intent is unclear.
• Clear hand-over notes so I can manage it once you are done.
