Twilio Voice Integration for AI

I already have a working web-based personal assistant and now I need to reach it by phone through Twilio, as soon as possible. Your task is to wire my existing app to Twilio Programmable Voice so that a user can dial a number, speak, have the audio routed to my AI, and hear real-time responses back.
You’ll handle the Twilio console setup, secure webhooks, and the server-side code that streams speech to my AI endpoint and returns synthesized speech to the caller. Basic call events—start, hang-up, and error states—must be logged so I can monitor usage. Low latency and clean audio are critical.
Deliverables:
• Twilio number configured and verified
• Webhook/Voice API code integrated into my web app repo
• One live test call demonstrating two-way conversation with the AI
