Twilio Voice EXPERT WANTED

I’m ready to add fully-featured voice calling to my product and need someone who knows Twilio Programmable Voice inside out. Your job is to architect, configure, and document a complete solution so I can place, receive, and manage high-quality calls through Twilio’s API.

I already have an active Twilio account and phone numbers; what I don’t have is the precise call flow, server-side code, or TwiML applications set up. You’ll take care of that, walk me through best practices for authentication and security, and leave me with clean, well-commented code that I can maintain myself.
