Twilio Voice Confirmation Bot
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a voice-driven automation that phones customers, confirms eight pieces of booking information, and then writes the results back to Google Sheets. For this proof of concept the bot can read a single sheet row as its input; once it works reliably I’ll connect it to live endpoints in our own system and ultimately move the workflow to 3CX.
Core flow
The call is initiated through Twilio. Customers respond with normal speech only—no DTMF tones. Using an LLM, the bot must:
• confirm booking date & time, number of attendees, special requirements, pickup address, flight details when relevant, and vehicle type (there are two additional fields in the sheet the script must also verify)
• answer basic customer questions on the spot
• capture any feedback they offer
• write every confirmed or corrected value straight back to the same Google Sheet row in real time and flag incomplete calls for follow-up.
What I’ll accept as done
– A deployable Twilio Studio / Function (or equivalent) flow with the LLM wired in
– Google Sheet read-write integration that works on the free tier
– Clear instructions for cloning, environment variables, and API keys so my team can take it forward
If you’ve built conversational Twilio apps or Google Sheets integrations before, this should be quick; solid, well-commented code and a short loom or markdown setup guide are all that’s needed.
