Twilio Setup for MFA and Status Updates

I need help configuring my Twilio account to send MFA codes and various status updates.

Requirements:
- Send MFA codes via SMS
- Send status updates (order status, appointment reminders, account activity alerts)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
