Twilio SMS to Plain Text Email

I’m in need of an expert in Twilio. I'm looking for someone to revamp my current system to allow for the reception of texts directly to my email in plain text format. Skillful handling of API keys, specifically for Twilio and Sendgrid, is necessary. The system should not incorporate any high-security encryption, standard security measures will suffice. Another key feature of this project is the immediate notification via email for each incoming SMS. Effective implementation of real-time alert technology is crucial.
