Twilio SIP Trunk with IVR
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a fresh Twilio account delivered to me with a fully configured SIP Trunk that is ready for live customer-support traffic. The trunk must be able to handle both inbound and outbound calls and present a simple Interactive Voice Response (IVR) menu so callers can route themselves to the right agent or department.
Here is what I expect once the work is complete:
• A verified Twilio account (or sub-account) transferred to my ownership, funded only with the 20$ balance or the minimum you used for testing.
• One or more local numbers connected to a SIP Trunk that is registered and tested for stability.
• IVR tree (initial greeting plus at least two routing options) built with Twilio Studio or TwiML, functioning on both inbound and transferred calls.
• Clear documentation of the trunk credentials, IPs to whitelist, and step-by-step instructions so I can add more numbers or modify the IVR later.
• A quick hand-off call or screen-share to demonstrate that outbound dialing, inbound calls, and IVR routing all work end-to-end.
No call recording or voicemail features are needed right now; the focus is a clean, reliable trunk with IVR. SIP registration will point to my PBX, so please keep the setup standards-compliant.
If you have done similar Twilio builds before and can turn this around quickly, let’s get started.
