Twilio PIN Code Recognition Issue Fix

I'm encountering issues with my Twilio number, which is set up for automated customer service. The system is supposed to collect a 7-8 digit PIN code from users via PHP and Twilio's Gather verb. However, the recognition of the PIN codes is sometimes incorrect.
Issues experienced:
- At the beginning of the call, the same PIN code is not always recognized correctly. For example, 55324564 may be interpreted as 553245 or 553264.
- Occasionally, digits in between or at the end are missed entirely.
I'm looking for an expert with experience in troubleshooting Twilio issues. The ideal freelancer should be proficient in PHP and understand how to work with Twilio's Gather verb.
