3CX & Twilio Integration Setup

I’m ready to connect my existing 3CX PBX with Twilio so our business communication flows smoothly on both inbound and outbound calls. The phone numbers are already active in Twilio; what I need is the technical wiring and best-practice configuration that makes everything talk to each other without hiccups.

• The goal is a single, reliable trunk that handles our daily business calls—dial-in, dial-out, and internal transfers—while keeping caller ID and call quality intact.

Your scope will include:

1. Creating and testing the Twilio Elastic SIP Trunk (or equivalent) and registering it inside 3CX.
2. Mapping my numbers so incoming calls reach the right ring groups or extensions.
3. Verifying outbound rules for local, long-distance and international dialing.
4. Walking me through any DNS, firewall or SRV record tweaks that 3CX/Twilio require.
5. Proving the setup with a short live test: one inbound and one outbound call that demonstrate audio both ways and correct caller ID.
