Twilio & GoHighLevel Setup
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need both Twilio and GoHighLevel fully configured so my software company can finally manage customer relationships from a single, automated hub. Twilio will handle all outbound and inbound communication—SMS, voice calls, and email notifications—while GoHighLevel becomes the front-end CRM that tracks every touchpoint.
Here’s what has to happen:
• Connect existing Twilio and GoHighLevel accounts, authenticate numbers and senders, and confirm deliverability for SMS, voice, and email.
• Turn on the core CRM modules inside GoHighLevel, set up custom pipelines that reflect our sales and support stages, and import a small starter list for testing.
• Build automated workflows that trigger from form fills, deal stage changes, or support requests, routing messages through Twilio and logging everything back into the contact record.
• Integrate with the other tools we already use (Stripe, Slack, and Calendly) so data flows cleanly both ways via native integrations or webhooks.
• Provide clear documentation or a brief loom-style walkthrough so my team can adjust copy, add steps, or spin up new automations without outside help.
Acceptance criteria
– Test messages show as delivered in Twilio and appear on the correct contact timeline in GoHighLevel.
– Workflows fire consistently when pipeline stages change.
– No sync errors or duplicate records after the first import.
– A concise hand-off guide is supplied.
If you’ve linked Twilio and GoHighLevel before and are comfortable debugging API/webhook quirks, this will be straightforward. I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
