Twilio to GoHighLevel SMS Setup (DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE)

I already have an active Twilio account and now need it connected to my GoHighLevel workspace so my team can send and receive SMS directly inside HighLevel.

Scope of work
• Link my existing Twilio SID and Auth Token HighLevel
• Configure the required phone number(s) and messaging service in Twilio, then map them inside HighLevel.
• Run a live test to prove outbound and inbound texts flow correctly and appear in the conversations tab.
• Document the exact steps you took—screenshots or a brief Loom video are fine—so I can repeat the process on other sub-accounts.

Nice-to-have advice
I’m still deciding whether to activate additional HighLevel automation (voicemail drops, call tracking, etc.). If you see quick wins while you’re inside the system, flag them, but no ongoing support is required after the initial setup.

Expected outcome
A fully functional SMS channel in HighLevel, ready for my campaigns, plus clear documentation so I can maintain or replicate the integration myself.
