Twilio Flex engineer needed to configure self‑hosted setup and support ongoing implementations
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are looking for a [role – e.g., Twilio Flex / Node.js / DevOps / Automation] specialist to help us with a clearly scoped, production‑oriented project.
The immediate priority:
Configure and stabilize our existing [stack: e.g., Twilio Flex self‑hosted] setup
Implement best‑practice structure for future extensions and maintenance
Document the setup so our internal team can work with it confidently
Typical tasks may include:
Reviewing and improving current configuration and deployment
Setting up or fixing integrations with third‑party services (APIs, webhooks, etc.)
Implementing logging, monitoring, and basic observability for the environment
Providing implementation support and answering technical questions as we roll this out
Nice to have (not mandatory):
Experience with [related tools: e.g., Twilio Studio / Functions / serverless frameworks / Docker / Kubernetes / CI/CD]
Prior work on contact center, telephony or similar real‑time systems
What we value:
Clear, proactive communication
Ability to work in small, testable milestones
Reliability with deadlines and expectations
When you apply, please briefly share:
A short summary of your relevant experience
1–2 similar projects you’ve done (links or short descriptions)
Your typical availability per week (in hours) and time zone
This is an hourly engagement, starting small, with the potential for ongoing work if there is a good mutual fit.
