Job Title: Twilio SMS Integration and Enchant Setup Specialist

Description:
We need an experienced developer to connect our Twilio business phone number with Enchant.com for two-way SMS support. The goal is a simple, reliable workflow where incoming customer texts go to Enchant, and replies are sent back through Twilio.

Scope:

Connect existing Twilio number to Enchant for two-way SMS

Test and verify inbound and outbound messaging

Configure Enchant team settings, canned replies, and notifications

Ensure compliance with A2P registration and opt-out requirements

Provide clear documentation for future maintenance

Deliverable:
A fully functional and documented Twilio–Enchant SMS setup.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Twilio SMS or API integrations

Knowledge of Enchant or similar tools such as Zendesk or Freshdesk

Understanding of A2P 10DLC, opt-in/opt-out, and carrier compliance

Ability to communicate clearly and provide simple setup documentation

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with small-business customer support systems

Understanding of accessibility and text-based communication

Experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make.com
