Twilio Branding, IVR & Verification

I already have a working Twilio–Zoho Creator link that reliably sends SMS and WhatsApp messages. Now I want to build on that foundation, beginning with a quick re-brand.

First priority – change the display name
Meta still shows “curo cura” on WhatsApp/Facebook; I need it switched to “zoi fertility”. Please initiate and follow through with the Business Manager request, provide any required documentation, and confirm the new name is live in both channels.

IVR autocall system
Once the above is done, create an IVR in Twilio (Studio or Functions) that:
• Plays automated messages recorded or generated in Zoho Creator
• Lets callers leave a voicemail, with the recording URL and caller data written back to Zoho Creator
All logic must stay synced with my existing Creator app.

URL link shortening for Zoho
Add a simple, reliable short-link service callable from Deluge/REST so outbound messages carry compact, branded URLs.

Deliverables
• Confirmation of the new “zoi fertility” display name
• Verified Twilio phone number
• Fully operational IVR with automated messages and voicemail capture, plus Zoho Creator integration
• Working link-shortening endpoint with an example Deluge snippet
