Need Help with switching my phone system ivr from nextiva to twilio. port the current numbers.
i would like to also use fax and sms.
the flow is simple, call come in , we play AA prompt with options (we will provide recording)
1. if customer choose option 1 (sales) to request quote he will be directed to conversational IVR where customer answer questions such as name, address of pickup location, address of delivery location, year make and model of the car. if looking for open or enclosed carrier. email, phone.
2. if customer choose option 2 (customer service) he will be transferred to q which will ring at user softphone or app.
