I am looking for someone to develop an SMS Marketing solution for me
It has 2 parts the Online SMS Marketing part and a windows app to extract phone numbers from files.
The online part has Client and Admin.
We will use Twilio or Plivo
It will have a payment system, we can use stripe.
We can use a premade script and modify it or create one from scratch
