Scope of Work
1. Twilio Setup
Configure our Twilio account and dedicated phone number.
Verify domain & connect for messaging/webhook endpoints.
2. Dashboard (Web-based)
Simple, secure login.
Upload Excel file with phone numbers.
Trigger SMS/MMS sending to list.
View basic delivery status/logs (sent, failed, opted-out).
3. Messaging Automation
Outbound SMS/MMS sent via Twilio.
Capture inbound responses.
Auto-handle keywords:
“STOP” → Opt-out immediately.
Common queries → Auto-response via ChatGPT.
Others → Logged for manual review.
4. Integration with ChatGPT
API integration for handling questions & confirmations.
Responses routed back via SMS automatically.
5. Basic Logging & Tracking
Store message history (outbound + inbound).
Download/export logs if required.
