Build Real-Time IVR Call Status UI + PCI-Compliant Frontend Handling (Twilio-Based)
Project Description
We are looking for an experienced Node.js + React (or frontend) developer with Twilio experience to implement the following two key features in our voice signature IVR system:
1. Live UI Popup for Call Status & Control
When the agent clicks “Call”, a modal/popup must appear.
This popup should show:
Call status: Ringing → Connected → Busy
Live call duration once connected
Auto-close once call ends
If call already in progress, show a friendly error like “Call already in progress”
Integration should use Twilio call status events via socket.io or similar.
Frontend must be clean and lightweight, with minimal console logs.
2. Frontend PCI Compliance
No sensitive info (card number, CVV, ACH info) should be visible or stored on the frontend.
All inputs handled via IVR/DMTF — NOT via frontend forms.
Ensure:
No console or network logs expose payment data
All sensitive logic handled securely on backend
Support for tokenized payment (using gateways like Authorize.net or PAYA)
Deadline:
Strictly Within 2 days.
