Real Time Twilio WhatsApp Integration

I need a developer who can wire up a live Twilio WhatsApp connection that lets me launch and monitor marketing campaigns in real time. The integration has one clear goal: Marketing campaigns. Primary action for recipients: the flow should push them straight into the campaign journey (the answer recorded as “Campaign”), so give me an easy way to embed links, promo codes, or other calls-to-action inside each template.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can authenticate the WhatsApp number through Twilio and see it live in the console.
2. Sending a test broadcast from the tool instantly delivers to at least two sandbox numbers.
3. The delivery log shows sent, delivered, and read events in real time.
4. All code, environment files, and setup instructions sit in a Git repo I can clone and run with a single command.
