Need Twilio Integration with our VoIP/SIP SoftPhone for SaaS

We have a React.js soft-phone compiled in Electron, currently people have to go to our website and get a phone number from us to use, it is voice and sms/mms compatible.
I’d like a way for anyone with a Twilio account to be able to use their Twilio account info or their Twilio SID & Password to use our soft-phone to make and receive calls and texts, play recorded calls etc, we already have all the front end done, I'll attach some screen shots.
This also needs to be so we bill them a monthly fee, our current website has PayPal integrated and we can setup the billing sign up there but the soft-phone would need to check to see if payments were in good standing before it will let them use it.
It should be pretty easy since we started this using Twilio but then made our own PBX but now just want to offer a soft-phone for people with a twilio account to make cals and use the features.
