Looking for Developer to Build AI Virtual Receptionist (Twilio + ElevenLabs + Calendar)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a developer with proven experience in programmable telephony and conversational AI.
The goal is to build a virtual receptionist that answers inbound calls, speaks with a natural voice, and handles the following tasks:
Project Requirements:
Integration with Twilio Voice API for inbound call handling.
Real-time voice generation with ElevenLabs (streaming TTS).
Real-time speech recognition (ASR) to understand the caller.
Intent management for three main functions:
Answer FAQs and provide business information.
Route/transfer the call to the correct team or extension.
Book appointments directly in Google Calendar or Microsoft 365.
Automatic SMS or email confirmation after scheduling.
Low-latency interaction (under 2 seconds per turn).
Clean, well-commented, and maintainable code (Python or Node.js preferred).
Deployment instructions for a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean).
Deliverables
Complete code repository.
Config file with environment variables (API keys, IDs, etc.).
Documentation for setup and usage.
Functional demo (live call or video walkthrough).
Ideal Candidate
Demonstrated experience with Twilio Voice projects.
Familiarity with TTS/ASR APIs (bonus if you’ve worked with ElevenLabs).
Experience with calendar integrations (Google/Microsoft).
Strong communication and ability to deliver on time.
