H IoT Dashboard

We are looking at building a client-facing customized dashboard, which is fed from IoT sensor data. The IoT devices are linked to the Helium network, where data is being sent to the Helium Console. We consider the optimal solution to consist of AWS IoT interacting with Helium console, piping data to PostgreSQL and connecting the data source to the open-source Redash dashboard. Additionally, an important requirement is the ability to trigger phone calls, give pre-defined conditions (such as if temperature falls below 40 degrees, trigger a phone call to the owner). We are looking for an AWS Solution architect professional to collaborate with our in-house developer.

Requirements
 Set up and configure AWS IoT
 Standardize the IoT data before writing into the DB
 Design a solution for conditional alerting for Twillio, that is easily extendable
 Deploy Redash
 Adding new sensors in Helium should directly propagate to the data in the dashboard

The project would be collaborated with an in-house developer, that will take care of the core Twillio implementation and scheduling, sensor data decoding, Redash customization and dashboard business logic.
