Integrate Twilio Frontline with CRM

Looking for a resource to configure the CRM and Callback URL to grab the data for the Customers List and Customer Detail from CRM, refer to the link below. Right now the Twilio Frontline App is configured calling and messaging only customer list population is pending

CRM integration would be from Zoho CRM or Hubspot
