Goal B: Utilize the APIs of Twilio.com and Crisp.chat to Receive and Record Inbound Calls and Initiate Outbound Calls via Click2Call URLs

Thank you for your interest in our project.
The aim of this project is to make inbound and outbound hotline telephone calls more efficient for our company by utilizing the APIs and services of Twilio.com and Crisp.chat to be able to automatically receive, initiate and sync calls with our CRM and theCRM create customer support tickets of each (un)successful inbound and outbound call.
The project has 2 goals:
(A) Receive and Record Inbound Calls from Twilio IVR -> Crisp.chat CRM
(B) Create “Click to Call URLs” to initiate Calls from Crisp.chat CRM via Twilio API

Tech Stack: We are hosting german phone numbers with Twilio.com which can be accessed via the Twilio Dashboard (https://www.twilio.com/login) and their API We operate our Cross-channel Customer Support CRM System on the Unlimited Plan (https://crisp.chat/en/pricing/) which can be accessed via the Crisp Dashboard (https://app.crisp.chat/) and their API
