GHL Business Card SMS Workflow

Every time I scan a business card with the native Go HighLevel mobile app I want an instant, hands-free sequence to kick in. Step one is a personalized SMS that shares my contact info the moment the card finishes scanning. After that, I need three to four additional touches spread over the next few days—simple question-and-answer checkpoints that ultimately send the prospect a short form to collect any extra details I need.
I already use GHL, so the entire flow must live inside its Workflow builder and fire from the “contact created via mobile card scanner” trigger. Use the built-in Twilio connection for texting; no third-party SMS services. Timing, message copy, and form link placeholders should all be easy for me to tweak later.
Acceptance criteria:
• Contact receives the first SMS within 60 seconds of scan completion.
• Follow-up messages queue automatically at the intervals we agree on.
• Replies are captured in the contact record and advance the Workflow logic.
• Final step delivers my existing GHL form and tags the contact as “Form Sent”.
• Everything tests clean on both iOS and Android versions of the GHL app.
Hand off the finished Workflow as a shareable snapshot or clear import instructions so I can drop it straight into my account. I need this to be very simple and easily understood by my lo-tech brain.
