Scope of Work:
Phone Number Standardization
Convert and align all phone numbers to E.164 format (+country code)
Fix mismatch between Twilio, Make, and chatbot system
Twilio Configuration Check
Verify WhatsApp sender / number configuration
Ensure number is active and properly linked
Validate messaging service settings (if used)
Webhook Debugging (Make Twilio)
Analyze incoming/outgoing webhook requests
Fix webhook URL, payload structure and response format
