AI Developer for OpenAI-Twilio Phone Integration

We need an experienced AI developer to build an automated phone answering system that integrates OpenAI's conversational models with Twilio's telephony platform. This system will handle incoming calls using natural language AI to engage with callers.

Requirements:
• Proven experience with Twilio API integration, specifically Programmable Voice and TwiML
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI API (ChatGPT or similar models)
• Knowledge of telephony protocols (SIP, WebRTC, PSTN)
• Experience with voice-based AI applications and speech recognition
• Strong skills in error handling and fallback mechanisms for AI responses
