Create multi Sign Up page on wordpress and integrate Twilio SMS on Wordpress

I am looking for someone to do a sign up page that does the following on Wordpress.
1. User signs up with Name , 3mail and Password.
2. A verification email is sent to verify the sign up 3mail.
3. When they verify their 3mail address, a ph0ne number verification page comes up. They put their ph0ne number and triggers Twilio SMS verification.
4. When Twilio verifies their OTP , The registration continues.
5. It will have 3 parts, they can not proceed to next part without completing part 1 ,2 and 3
• First part will have Name and Surname and Business Name. they click next to got to part two.
• Second section will have a list of documents they need to upload, They will have to upload 4 mandatory documents
• Third part will have phone numbers they need to add to our platform.
6. They click submit and the form is sent to our 3mail address
