I want to built a small proof of concept for a potential client.
It should allow an external phonesystem (GENESYS) to forward a call to a number (TWILIO), and then the user gets prompted to answer 2 questions with dtmf tones or voice, and 2 where they can just leave comments (voice). The results need to be recorded (also twilio feature).
