Bulk SMS Promotional Campaign

I’m preparing a large-scale SMS push focused strictly on promotional messages and I need a specialist who can take the campaign from setup to successful delivery. You’ll help me choose or integrate the right gateway, import my contact list, build one or two concise promotional templates, schedule the send, and provide delivery and performance reports so I can track open and click-through rates.

Compliance with local regulations on opt-in/opt-out and message length is essential, and the entire workflow—from uploading numbers through final reporting—must be handled securely. If you have experience with Twilio, Plivo, SMSAPI, or similar platforms and can demonstrate solid delivery rates, I’d love to move forward quickly.
