I am seeking a talented freelancer to help me with a Bulk SMS campaign. We will be targetting 12 cities in the US and want to send sms from 12 local numbers.
The contact volume is huge ( 223k ) but the frequency of message is low. We just want to safely deliver them without the account getting blocked or something.
