Bulk SMS & Bulk Email Marketing Dashboard Application (Twilio & Gmail)

Hello,
I'm a real estate investor, and I use Bulk SMS marketing tactics and email campaigns to reach all of my leads via Twilio for SMS and Phone, and Gmail for Email campaigns.
I'd like someone to design and code a Dashboard Application that I could use on my MacBook Pro to send bulk SMS messages, bulk email campaigns, normal text messages, a calendar that I'd sync with Google, and an option for calling all of my leads. All of the SMS and Phone Calls will be enabled via Twilio, and I would use my Gmail account for the bulk email campaigns.
I'd also like a tab that could keep track of all of my SMS, Email, and Phone Call analytics. (Details in PDF)
Also, another chat tab where I'd receive all of my individual SMS messages. This tab would resemble a normal chat app layout. My idea was to send the bulk SMS campaign out, and when my leads respond to the message, I'd be able to individually text them on a normal chat app design within the dashboard application. Also, I'd like the ability to see their contact information to the right of the conversation history.
I've included a few attachments: a PDF file of the UI Design description, an example Excel/CSV file that I'd upload for Bulk SMS and email campaigns, and a few styles of my company logo. The blue format is our primary logo. For the UI design, I typically like a darker color theme, but if you could make a dark and light mode option that I could switch to pick the color theme, that would be nice.
