turkish- word filling document (Course description)

I have a pdf of my schedule of first year written in turkish and I want to refill this information written into another schadule format, basically this job requires known with turkish language and copy/ paste to understand how to fill the tables correctly. it is around 32 pages of schadules requires copy/ paste to the other format
