A tee shirt wow with your graphics and imagination

Hi my name is Dave. No business yet just feeling the water about possible product launches. I would like to have a shirt designed with a small to medium graphic on the front, words a line anything preferably fun or humorous, nothing dumb, obvious, insulting (you would be surprised what I have seen folk wearing).... Anyway I am looking for novelty, closely followed by creative genius, anything that is not obvious but clever, which could make people remark "Wow where did he/she get that shirt". I am sure you get the idea.

On a very tight budget, so I know its a case of you get what you pay. Hopefully there maybe an undiscovered talent or a discovered/established artist who has got the perfect idea.
