T-shirt designer (primarily just City/State Designing with just words and great fonts

We have been in business for over 10 years now and am looking to add a new designer. I am looking to establish repeat business relationship with a designer. We can start with anything from 20-30 designs initially. We have 3 other designers so we do have expectations and are familiar with the pricing for such design work currently.
Price can be negotiated.
